People don't doubt or question with curiosity in professional learning classes.
They just follow the system and work protocol to achieve timeline given by bosses.
Because they know that they are here just to earn money for unavoidable livelyhood needs.
Promotion and professional success is achieved fast by minimum questions to boss.
And ignoring curiosity is saving the time to achieve dream life goals.
Improving peer people network by ignoring flaws in the system is giving more renumeration.
Scripts turned into fighting codes for survival.
Many religions have many scripts.
Some scripts are especially made for survival and earning livelihood in each religion.
Every individual is born in a community has a set of scripts, spells and set of instructions to perform a particular task in that religion.
Most of Scripts or Spells has a inherent problem! Because they are made for survival by dominating others. Whoever uses it, it works for him like weapons!
for eg. If you are using, next time your competetor may use it against you. Such type of competition has tremendous potential of bringing diseases in eachothers.
So, management doesn't work on scripts!
It works on observations, background calculations, graphs, lessons learnt from histories, body languages, speaking tones, meditation, attitude, approach, needs, necessities, skills, teamfaith, tests trials, a lot of common sense and unbearable strength of patience.
